We dispatch our goods using various methods depending on the size and price of the order.
As of March 2020 please be aware that due to the Covid-19 situation deliveries "may" be subject to delay due to couriers ad postal services.
During our annual sales times, our deliveries may take a little longer than usual. Our staff will work quickly to pack up your orders, but at present they can't all be in the boutique at the same time, so there could be a little delay. You may purchase online and collect from our Angmering Boutique.
Please select this option at the check out. We will then contact you with our collection dates for the week ahead.
LOCAL ANGMERING DOORSTEP DELIVERY
Due to the current restrictions this option is available within a 4 mile zone of our boutique or if we have made a prior arrangement with you. We will text/email you with a mutual delivery time.
DELIVERY OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK
Including Southern Ireland, The Channel Islands, Europe, USA & the rest of the world.
Please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to find you the most suitable delivery method. Please note that International deliveries maybe subject to tax and import duties. We have no control over these charges and you are responsible for any such duties.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Your purchase will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving your order. If placed over the weekend your item/s will be dispatched Monday morning, or in the case of a bank holiday on the Tuesday morning. Deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man or remote areas, such as the highlands of Scotland may take up to 5 working days.
PACKAGING & GIFTS
Should your order be for a gift, please feel free to contact us and we can arrange for a personalised note to be placed in the package.
If you require your order in a hurry, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
REGULAR & SALE ITEM RETURNS
Items must be returned to us no later than 14 days after they are delivered to you.
Due to the covid 19 situation. You will need to contact us prior to returning items as our boutique opening hours and return address are dependent on the government restrictions on non essential shops (although we think we are pretty essential !)
The customer is responsible for all return costs.
